SIV Enterprises LLC is a federally licensed property broker (MC# 1713662) that partners with qualified carriers to move freight safely and on time across all 48 states, Canada, and Mexico. We’re looking for dependable carrier partners who meet our standards.

Minimum Requirements

Authority & Compliance

  • At least 180 days of active Common or Contract authority with no revocations in the past 12 months
  • “Satisfactory” or “None” (unrated) from FMCSA; absolutely no “Conditional” or “Unsatisfactory” ratings

Documentation & Verification

  • Minimum one roadside inspection recorded in SAFER, or submission of current cab card listing VINs covered by the policy
  • TIN/IRS match + government-issued photo ID biometric match via Highway or RMIS “rightful owner” check
  • E-signature on Broker-Carrier Agreement and Highway/RMIS onboarding packet within 30 minutes of invitation

Insurance Requirements

  • $1,000,000 Auto Liability
  • $100,000 Cargo (minimum; higher limits preferred)
  • General Liability if required by shipper contracts
  • All coverage shown on Certificate of Insurance (COI)
  • No pending cancellations, gaps, or repeated insurer changes in prior 12 months

Equipment Validation

  • Power units, trailer types, and VINs validated against FMCSA and insurance schedules
  • Equipment must be well-maintained and road-safe
  • Refrigeration units must have proper monitoring systems (if applicable)

Factoring

SIV Enterprises partners with Operation Finance, Inc. (OperFi) for carrier payments and cash flow management. This means:

  • You’ll receive payments reliably and on schedule
  • Our factoring partner ensures carrier funding is always available
  • Standard Net terms apply to your freight invoices
  • Payment routing may be directed to OperFi upon notification

All carrier payments are processed through Operation Finance, Inc., ensuring consistent and timely payment for your freight services.
